[cle-release-team] Monthly extended Core team meeting

Hey all,

At the Sakai Core team meeting today there was interest in having one 
extended meeting a month so that we have more time to go over patches, 
performance issues, awaiting review issues, and any Jira issues of 
interest to the people who participate on the calls.

How does the first Thursday of every month for a 2 hour meeting sound?
