[cle-release-team] OSP reverts

FYI, assignments is broken at the moment. Seems related to this.

SAK-26043 revert set of IU commits related to OSP enhancements

in org.sakaiproject.taggable.api.TaggableActivityProducer

I was doing some unrelated work and noticed my build started to fail after
I did one commit and updated. Figured it out fairly quickly that it wasn't
my code but it is stopping me from finishing what I was doing.
