[cle-release-team] Crucible/Fisheye ready for action

Cool, sounds good.

On crucible you either have to include specific paths or exclude using
wildcards.

On crucible I've created 4 "Projects" so far.

Sakai Trunk (Excludes msub/branches/tags but includes everything else)
Sakai Branches (Has specific excludes for a ton of stuff to try to only
include branches)
Sakai Msub (Just the one msub path you gave me)
Sakai Contrib (Contains the multiple contrib paths you gave me)

It looks pretty stable and good performance. All are started from the the
revision 1 year ago. We could probably increase this revision to include
more changes, and can for sure include more msub or contrib projects if it
doesn't look like it will pull down hundreds of directories. Just post to
this list if you have any questions or make any major changes.
