[cle-release-team] Components for Search in JIRA

Hi,

I would like to have Internationalization and Translation components in 
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SRCH.

The lead for this project in JIRA is CLE TEAM.

It seems I don't have the rights to do this.

Should I think I'm not part of the CLE TEAM as defined in JIRA or am I 
missing something?
