I recommend we forgo a second formal release vote re: 2.9.2 and instead operate under the rules of lazy consensus. As Neal has summarized below, three issues have been uncovered in RC03 that have been reviewed by a number of TCC members over the past 24 hours.

The plan is to

1. address SAK-23395 and SAK-13395
2. see if we can untangle the 2.9.x merge regression summarized in KNL-1081 by Friday, 24 May 2013. If not punt to 2.9.3.
3. forgo an RC4 tag in favor of direct 2.9.x testing
4. release on or before 30/31 May 2013

If any TCC member objects to the above plan and/or believes we need require another formal release vote please say so on list.

Cheers,

Anth

When I was on the call the team was thinking that if it can be fixed and tested by Friday, then it would make the release. But on the notes it says it is a blocker to the release.
