[cle-release-team] Fwd: 2.9.x merge update

From my hotel room: fresh checkout, clean, install (empty .m2/repository/.../sakaiproject), deploy to Tomcat 7.0.39 with a MySQL 5.5 back-end.  2.9.x starts up ok.

SAK-23573 has been merged to 2.9.x (thanks Steve).  Branch should now be ready for the 2.9.2-rc02 tag.

I will be in the air tomorrow and offline until tomorrow afternoon.
