[cle-release-team] [Building Sakai] nightly trunk is down

Generally that is what it means.
This is not really appropriate for sakai-dev (it's not relevant to
sakai development). Things like this should go to the infrastructure
list mostly and maybe include the cle-release-team list (but only
because I think the infrastructure list might be out of date).
