[cle-release-team] Urgent - Need QA server for Accessibility team

Hi CLE release team,

The Accessibility team has been in the middle of a transition for their Accessibility QA server, but currently have no servers available. Probably a11y just needs a temporary home, but not 100% sure yet. The main requirement is to have a system that does not have data refreshed regularly, because a11y testing is time consuming (perhaps this could be a "regression testing" server since we run into the same problem there?). 

Any suggestions?
