[cle-release-team] A11Y requests for CLE 2.9.3

Hi CLE release team,

The Accessibility group would like to get a couple of patches in to 2.9.3

In order of priority:

#1 - https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-23406

#2 - https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-22572

These seem to be fairly straightforward changes (not that I'm claiming to be an expert). If they can get them tested in time, would merging into 2.9.x for inclusion in 2.9.3 be feasible?

They might also have one or two more, but they are still investigating.
