[cle-release-team] Sakai CLE 2.9.3 planning

I agree that this schedule will probably be pushed back at least a week to
the 1st, 8th and 15th (maybe 22nd if rc02 is needed). Like Anthony, I'm
also planning on taking off next Friday and probably Thursday, and many
will take the day after the 4th off (falls on a Thursday this year) making
that a 3 day week. I believe Sam will also be less available during early
July? So I'll be busier locally. (I already am extra busy this summer)

I feel it will be out before the end of July though, but there's still a
few things to hash out.
