[cle-release-team] db conversion for Lessons for 2.9.3

Hi Chuck,

Can all db conversions please be added to the main db conversion scripts in
reference? If you don't have commit privs, please open a jira. We need the
generated database from auto.ddl and the manually upgraded db to match
exactly, so that people don't get into an inconsistent state.
