[cle-release-team] Fwd: [Building Sakai] Assignments and groups

Hi CLE Release team,

Here is one that I probably should have included for review in our meeting today. 

I'm not clear if this is related to SAK-23733 or not? If not, would SAK-23755 this be a blocker for CLE 2.9.3 ?
