[cle-release-team] Schedule for 2.9.3

Hi CLE Release team,

The Gradebook API issue appears to be an important problem which needs lots of eyes to develop and verify a good solution:

This also appears to be a blocker for CLE 2.9.3. Do you agree?  T

Our original target was to start RC01 testing this week. We are nowhere near ready with this issue still open.
