[cle-release-team] 2.9.x (rc02) up on qa29.longsight.com

I built 2.9.x at around 8PM EST today (revision 118868) and it's up on
qa29.longsight.com. This had a number of blockers on it from Wednesday
night.

I'm thinking for future RC's we'll continue using this method but automate
it more.

- Have a script (on jenkins) that builds the binary.tgz for the release
- Tag the release and the static revisions of all directories, indies and
core
- Ideally roll it automatically when updated, or maybe on a schedule

This way someone could check out the source if they wanted and have the
binary.
