[cle-release-team] Sakai 2.9.1 somewhat released

Both metaobj and warehouse were prepped as indies during 2011 [1].  However, I stopped short of removing them from .externals and adding them to the old core-deploy pom, most likely because I had yet to convert osp to an indie (a goal I was pursuing before I was reassigned to OAE) [2].  They were deployed in the old monolithic way as of 2.9.0-a01 as documented in my release notes in the release management space in Confluence [3].
