[cle-release-team] 2.9.1 Release in progress, avoid local svn updates of 2.9.x for a few hours

The 2.9.1 release process for indies has started. To avoid any local
problems you should avoid updating your 2.9.x-all branch (if you're using
that) as you might experience build problems. After the release you'll want
to update your master to pick up the newest snapshot versions.
