We had our QA team meeting today and I've gotten some "off line" votes from the QA team.  All are in favor of moving forward with the 2.9 release.

What about CLE team? Or do we need to wait for discussion on Thursday?

Hi CLE and QA teams,

The results of the testing are in.
We retested the two blocker bugs from 2.9.1-rc01 and they are fixed in 2.9.1-rc02.
Of the several bugs reported in testing rc02, none are regressions against 2.9.0.
Before I check with the TCC, I wanted to first check with CLE and QA.
A +1 if you agree please. If you are not +1, please state your concern.
