We're from an Arab university, and we are working now on the customizing
 Sakai according to the requirements and needs of the university

And it is very important to have Sakai in Arabic

So we decided to work on a fully translation of Arabic

We need your help to find out the mechanism used in the translation
The people who must communicate with them
And any other information that may be useful
