[cle-release-team] Jira upgrade coming between Christmas and New Year's

Hi Sakai release team,

I’ve checked with our hosting provider, Wush.net, and they can perform an upgrade for our Jira from version 5 to 6 on the weekend of December 28. It sounds safe and they have backups of our data and they’ve done this before.

I’ll send a silent-consensus proposal to the main list soon. Just thought I would give you a heads up.
