[cle-release-team] 2.9.3 release started

Just a heads up that I started the release for 2.9.3 tonight. All of the
indies should be released by later tonight. The master in the 2.9.x and
2.9.x-all is not correctly updated so it will fail if you update it locally
before tomorrow afternoon, but I'll update it in the morning.
