[cle-release-team] Bulk close 300 Jira issues?

Hi CLE Release team,

I have a filter I use to identify candidates for bulk closing: https://jira.sakaiproject.org/issues/?filter=13573

Essentially these are issues which are duplicates, non-issues, cannot reproduce, that sort of thing.  Would it be okay to bulk close or do I need to check out some or all of the issues to ensure that they have been categorized correctly (e.g. that a duplicate issue is pointing to the issue which it duplicates)?
