Hi CLE release team and TCC,

Oxford is embarking on an effort to bring Turnitin up-to-date for Assignments and Assignments 2 tools. It would be good not to have duplicate work going on in parallel. Would the best thing to do be to announce to the Dev and Prod lists? Other thoughts?
