What would be the chances of getting an updated/fixed Polish translation merged to the 2.9.x branch?

https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-23339

Thanks,
- Beth

> Hi Beth,
>
> Thank you very much for the message. I have added an user (BLP), created a test page (named test) and glanced at the coding. It looks correctly now. However, I have noticed, that not everything has been translated, the tools: Lessons, Assignment2, Dashboard , Delegated Access, Email, Evaluation System, and Form Builder are still in English.
> I can have problems with the developer help, I am afraid. So I rather wait for the official new Sakai versions.

>> Hi Beata,
>>
>> Jean-Francois has fixed the coding problem with the Polish translation - you can verify the changes on our QA server (http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8085/portal) and let us know if you notice anything we missed. If you want to download these changes onto your own server, you'll need some developer help to build & deploy it from source (http://goo.gl/tLn8n) for now. We'll put these changes into either 2.9.2 or 2.9.3.
>>
>> Let me or sakai-dev at collab.sakaiproject.org know if you have any other questions or issues.

Should I install the newest version 2.9.1? I use a demo version - should I reinstall full demo version (with Apache Tomcat) or is it enough to update/upgrade Sakai and if yes how to do this?

As far as the use of numeric, rather than letter grades, I'm not sure of the answer, but I'd suggest posting that question to the <i18n at collab.sakaiproject.org> and <sakai-user at collab.sakaiproject.org> email groups to see if anyone else has a similar use case.
