[cle-release-team] 2.9.2 status check

https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/KNL-1038 has a merge failure.  So we would need for this to be fixed.

Last comment was : 

"Reverse merge of r122614 done in r122658.... Reversed it due to failing test in 1.3.x. 

Before merging again, need to figure out an dependencies for the test failure."
