[cle-release-team] 2.9.2 status check

I don't think they need to hold up RC 01. Whether they hold up 2.9.2 is for the release team to decide.
I want to keep them on the radar since they are currently not flagged for 2.9.2 (other than a 2.9.2 triage label on at least one of the tickets).
