[cle-release-team] Request for SAK-22634 and SAK-22635 to be added to trunk

Hi All,

The Accessibility team has requested that the patches associated with

https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-22635

be added into trunk so that we can have these tested and merged for inclusion in 2.9.0 (not sure if this has to be in RC 01, or if it can wait, but thought I would get the ball rolling).

Fixing these two tickets will resolve https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-20398

Is this the right way to make the request?
