Yep,  you are correct. There is a display problem when rich text is used, but it's not caused by the patch.  Same behavior exists in 2.9.0-rc02.

I think the UI display issue is from FCKEditor, not from the patch.

I assume this patch is done and safe to use? Adding Ying and Brian to this thread.

Yes. I just updated the JIRA and about to send an email   :)

The fix has been committed to trunk. If we can verify the fix in nightly instance, I will merge the fix to 2.9.x.
