[cle-release-team] Sakai 2.9 caching

Hi Sam,

   I recall you making a comment at last week's release team meeting regarding caching being much improved in Sakai 2.9 -- are there any caching settings or JIRAs related to caching settings you can dig up that related to these improvements? 

   We've just finished updating our load test scripts for Sakai 2.9 and the first load test is unfortunately not encouraging. Database CPU usage is up and the top queries are realms queries (which is what we've always seen). Since this is just an initial test, I'm assuming there are settings/options that we can change to improve on this.
