[cle-release-team] Confluence/Jira upgrade completed

Actually there was just one, I thought about another but decided I didn't
care about it.

I didn't go back to update the email. ;)

Unless you count adding the git plugin as 2.

This Misc Fields has no user impact as it's just for the queries. But I
think we could use it in new fields.
