[cle-release-team] lesson builder fix for copying sites

As per the announcement last week, it is unlikely that 2.9 will happen
at the typical time (i.e. this summer) so I would say the chances of
2.10 happening summer 2013 (or possibly even at all) are pretty low
right now. That is all subject to change if more resources suddenly
appear.
