[cle-release-team] Upgrading jira?

Hi Anthony!

Do you know if it's possible to get the jira instance upgraded? Jira 4.4
has a lot of really cool new features, especially on
visualizing/designing workflows. We were talking about this on the release
call this morning and this would make it easier and eliminate some work.

I saw that 5.0 is out, but this seems like it would be a much bigger change
to the user experience than moving 4.2->4.4.
