[cle-release-team] Incorrect "latest version" of CLE on Foundation pages

Hello,

You may have seen the message from Joshua Swink saying that he 
didn't know that 2.8.1 was out. Obviously that's bad, especially 
when it's the recommended version.

I don't think there is any good reason to be pointing to 
artifacts and downloads from the Foundation Web site. Instead, we 
should get those links removed from the page he cited 
(http://sakaiproject.org/node/2261) and leave the pointers to the 
authoritative page:

http://source.sakaiproject.org/release

Another page, http://sakaiproject.org/cle-release, loudly 
proclaims that the "current version of the Sakai CLE release is 
2.8.0." And that page is easy to find.
