Hi Megan,

As you probably know, part of the 360 survey process requires you to fill out the survey, rating yourself. Earlier, we wrote to you asking you to provide self-ratings. As near as we can tell, you have not responded, so we are sending you this automated reminder.

Below please find a link to the online survey. The survey will be open through  Fri 3/9/12. While we will be sending out occasional automated reminders as needed, it would be helpful if you could respond at your earliest convenience.

Please note that the primary audience for this survey was the group you identified, so it is written in the third person.

I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. I can be reached via email or by phone at (617) 924-4501, M-F, from 9-5 EST.
