[cle-release-team] 2.8.2 release done - need input

This turned out to be an issue with HSQLDB. I've flagged it as a problem on the ticket but I don't think it should be a blocker for 2.8.2 release.
The artifacts have finished uploading, I'm finalising the release notes and then I think we are good to go.
