Speaking of CKEditor, I spent 1.5 hours with a group of users yesterday
configuring the CKEditor for their new 2.9.x instance.  They were primarily
instructional designers and support staff.  My instinct was to remove every
button that had a shortcut equivalent (undo, redo, etc), but they prevailed
that instructors genuinely need the buttons.  Here is the design they came
up with:
