[cle-release-team] bind to stable master

Actually, the releasing isn't super bad, it's having to revert everything
in all 30 projects since some of them don't follow any pattern.
- The artifact id isn't predictable (sakai-lessonbuildertool-tool-base ->
lessonbuilder)
- The externals directory that the project checks out to doesn't always
match the directory of the tool (sam (svn) -> samigo (externals))
- Some are on a much higher lower 0.6-SNAPSHOT (emailtemplateservice) some
are on much higher version 3.0-SNAPSHOT (msgcntr)

So having to try to revert and making a change across this indie code base
is good times! (Read manual)
