[cle-release-team] 2.9.x nightly failing, hopefully will be fixed by tomorrow

I started doing the 2.9.x indies on Friday and released the kernel and
master to maven central, but because Jenkins was backed up, I didn't
release any of the other artifacts beyond the staging repository. This
seemed to have caused the 2.9.x nightly to break. I'm pretty sure this is
because master needs to point to kernel as a parent (along with
relativePath) because of that import dependency on kernel.

Without this, it goes out to the snapshots to look for the artifacts and
seems to be getting messed up.

Also I could have sworn I added a post-build step back to revert the poms
back to SNAPSHOT again. I must have had that on my "todo" list before the
conference. :/
