[cle-release-team] Reminder of a new tag coming out later this week

Just a reminder for 2.9 branch managers…
I plan to cut a new tag later this week, so if you have some spare moments to get things merged into the 2.9.x branches, that'd be great!
I'll probably start on Thursday, so you have until Thursday AM-ish if you want things in b02.
