[cle-release-team] Just made a 2.9.x-all branch

Agreed, looks like message center merges are primarily done by Michelle and
Samigo by Karen.

I would only be concerned with the "indies" contained in the the CLE merge
filter that weren't split (like portal/calendar/announcement), or the one
on the jira projects list *without* a person or team attached to them
(SiteStats) for merge purposes.
