[cle-release-team] JIRA Query for 2.9.x

Hi again,

   I've added the JIRA filter below plus an additional filter (2.9 issues ready for merge) to the following confluence page: https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/REL/Jira+Issue+filters -- which is accessible from the main "Release Management" page under "Issue Tracking".

   The filter for 2.9 issues ready for merge (https://jira.sakaiproject.org/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?mode=hide&requestId=13119) shows 25 issues ready for merging to 2.9.
