[cle-release-team] 2.9.0-b01 is ready

Hey everyone I built 2.9.0 b01 tag from scratch with mvn 3.0.3 and openjdk
1.7

Found one build problem

I commited the fix to trunk but am thinking it wouldn't be a bad idea to
fix in 2.9.0 b02 since it was trivial and now you can build cleanly with
jdk 1.7.
