[cle-release-team] binary of lessonbuilder

I think releases should be performed via Jenkins, not individual users, then you can queue them up and go on to other tasks. There is too much scope for people to screw releases up and it can get tricky to resolve. I had a developer wipe out our entire Maven repo today (locally, not Sakai) because of a bad path in the deploy section. Not common, but possible and there are easy ways of eliminating it and saving time as well.

cheers,
Steve

But I also worry about people accidentally deploying components that they don't 'own'. Is there any way to provide permissions for just some directories in the maven repo?
