[cle-release-team] Some Jira cleanup

Hi CLE Release team,

There is some Jira cleanup going on behind the scenes. If we (really, not just me!) find an issue we think needs attention by the CLE release team, what is the correct protocol? Should it be assigned to the CLE Release team in Jira? Should it be added to the CLE Release team agenda for a Thursday call? Or something else?
