[cle-release-team] Need to Create a new Sakai Tag for DAV 2.8 and Tomcat 7 Changes

Sounds good to me. 

Maybe we could put out a 2.8.3 release that is setup with tomcat 7? The end of support for tomcat 5.5 is the end of September and people will likely be using Sakai 2.8 well past this date. At least then they could deploy Sakai on a supported version of Tomcat.

I'd be happy to do this. At the same time we could merge the changes from the tc7 branch of dav  into the main 2.8.x branch.
