[cle-release-team] Merging issues with i18n components question

Yeah that was part of those 22 issues that were identified as being
bug fixes in 2.10 but not merged in 2.9.x.

If any of those issues were already agreed to not include, I would say
then set the 2.9.x status to "Won't Fix".
