[cle-release-team] Status of b04 release

Hi release team,

Just an update on the b04 release,

With the holiday weekend, it seems some folks were unavailable to finish up
some work around the b04 release. I've verified that there are no more
verified issues ready to merge for 2.9.

And I've also verified and merged the remaining criticals, leaving only
some major issues that we can pick up in the next beta.

There are currently 17 unresolved blocker issues for Sakai CLE and around
100 other critical.

I plan to release kernel-1.3.0-b04 tonight and make the tag for master
since those are currently manual. If those all look okay (correct
versions), the automated Jenkins process will build all indies and perform
the release tomorrow.

Lessonbuilder 1.5 was merged into 1.4.x so it will just be released
as lessonbuilder-1.4.0-b04. I don't think there's anything else unusual
with the release artifacts.

I have some unedited notes from the previous time I released, but I will
also be publishing these notes to a confluence as I go through the process
again so hopefully someone else could do it if they felt like it next time.
