[cle-release-team] jsf-2.9-jsf111 branch

This branch was created as a backup in case it was not possible to fix 
the minor issues with tools running on JSF 1.1.2

As far as I know all core tools have addressed these issues and none 
bind that 1.1.1 branch so I don't think a release is needed ..
