[cle-release-team] org.sakaiproject.maven.plugins:sakai

[Maurer, Christopher Wayne]

Anyone know anything about this guy?  Do we need to do a release on it?  All the trunk modules seem to be pointing to 1.3-SNAPSHOT…are there changes between 1.2.0 and 1.3 that we'd need to do a release of it?  It seems to be causing me some problems trying to resolve it and just wondered if I could do a release on it.
