Sakai institutional representatives have been mailed with details of how the
membership vote on the merger of Sakai and Jasig will take place. If you are
an institutional representative and have *not* received a bundle of
documents, and instructions on how to register for the membership
teleconference on November 1st, or register a proxy vote for that meeting,
