[WG: Accessibility] drag and drop for file upload in Resources

Hi
I understand that Resources will have a drag and drop option in 2.10 when you select Upload files. Right now, it is super easy to miss and I am thinking of suggesting that it be moved to a more obvious location for sighted users. However, if I move it above the single file uploader I am wondering if screen readers know to skip this option and if not, if we can surround it with markup so that it gets ignored? Any thoughts?
